Will is a graduate of Liberty University where he obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, cum laude, with a minor in Strategic Intelligence in 2009.  Prior to joining the Gloucester County Commonwealth's Attorney's office, Will worked as a Magistrate for the City of Hopewell in 2012, and as an Assistant Public Defender for the city of Lynchburg from 2013 through 2014.  Most recently he worked for the City of Portsmouth from 2017 through 2018 as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney.  While there, he served on the adult prosecutions team where his practice focused primarily on narcotics offenses and white-collar crime.  In addition to his work experience, Will also served as an Assistant Faculty Member for the Commonwealth's Attorney's Services Council Trial Advocacy Course in 2018.
