The services provided by 9th District CSU include juvenile intake, probation, parole, and pre-dispositional investigations and pre-court services for case management. The 9th District CSU is also the site of the Statewide Video Intake Unit. The District office is located in Williamsburg, VA. Community Services/Programs: AARP Tax-Aide* is a program that provides free tax counseling; basic tax preparation services for 1040EZ, 1040A, 1040 (plus a limited number of schedules) and Virginia 760 forms; and electronic filing for all taxpayers with middle and low income, with special attention to those age 60 and older. Services are available from February 1 to April 15 each year. AARP Tax-Aide is administered by the AARP Foundation in cooperation with the IRS.
