How would you like to meet interesting travelers from all over the state, nation, and world, as well as some locals? The Gloucester Visitor Center is looking for volunteers to do just that and more! As a volunteer you will engage with visitors while providing them with welcoming guides, brochures and useful information on Gloucester and its surrounding areas, guide them through the Werowocomoco exhibit room, and help to inspire them to plan memorable and exciting experiences in our County. Positions are available Tuesday-Saturday from 10AM to 1PM and/or 1 to 4PM . Training is provided. Volunteers are welcome to commit to as little 3 hours per month. Contact Amy Steele, Visitor Services Coordinator at 804-824-2476, or email email@example.com and she will be happy to meet and discuss the great benefits of volunteering at the Gloucester Visitor Center.
