The Friends of the Library is a volunteer, non-profit organization established in 1983 to supplement library resources.
A $5 membership supports library services and programs and provides funds for books and other materials.
Monetary contributions and memorials are welcomed.
The Friends accept donations of new and used books.

Book Store
Check out the novels, cookbooks, craft books, history, children's materials and much, much more on sale in the book store. Some books are brand new!
The book store is open during regular library hours.
The first Tuesday of each month is Red Dot Sale day! Each month different types of books are selected for the special sale! Come in and see the selections - take home lots of treasures!

Monetary Donations
Please make checks payable to the "Gloucester County Friends of the Library." Monetary donations can be given to staff at the Main Library and Point Branch Library as well as mailed to: P.O. Box 1392 Gloucester, VA 23061. Contributions help provide funding for library programs.

| Gift Certificates
Purchase gift certificates from the Friends of the Library! The certificates make great gifts or use them at the Friends' annual book sales for books, AV materials, totes and t-shirts.
Stop by the Circulation Desk for more information or to purchase a gift certificate.
(NOTE: Gift certificates cannot be used for library services, such as fines, copies, faxes or payment of lost or damaged materials.)
